Community Partners- Family Resource Coordinator

We have a job opening for a Family Resource Coordinator.  The Family Resource Coordinator position will be located in the Michigan City office.

Community Partners – Family Resource Coordinator:The Family Resource Program Coordinator provides intake screening and assessment, resource and referral for families.

Family Resource Coordinator services the following counties: Jasper, LaPorte, Newton, Porter, Pulaski and Starke. This position requires A minimum of two years’ experience in human service field, Associates or Bachelor’s degree in human service field preferred. See job description linked below.

Community Partners- Family Support Worker

We have a job opening for a Community Partners Family Support Worker, this position will be for one full-time employee.  Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.  This employee will be located in the Michigan City office.
