Covering Kids and Families

Need Health Insurance?

Dunebrook’s Certified Indiana Navigators are ready to help you learn about your options for healthcare coverage, for free!

What We Do:

  • Insurance application and renewal assistance (Health Indiana Plan (HIP), Hoosier Healthwise, Medicaid)
  • Educate residents on the benefits of their healthcare coverage
  • Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the application or renewal process

Want to Schedule an Appointment?

If you have any questions about these health insurance options or need to schedule an appointment elsewhere in the community, please contact one of our Navigators. We serve LaPorte and Porter Counties.

Please be prepared with the following for your appointment:

· Birth dates for every person in the household

· Income information for everyone in the household (pay stubs, statement of benefits, etc)

· Social Security Numbers for those applying

· Other health insurance information, if applicable (cards, policy numbers)

Meeting with a Covering Kids & Families navigator is free and open to the public. You DO NOT need to meet any eligibility requirement to meet with us, but different coverage options will have varying eligibility requirements.
